Bob Pedersen
Executive Director
Bob has been involved in community projects pertaining to food security, homelessness and economic justice for 20 years, and has lived and farmed organically in Taos County for over 20 years. As a certified Permaculture designer and the developer of the Tierra Lucero food gardens and greenhouses, he strongly believes that localizing food production is the key to sustainability. His life long passion is developing four-season greenhouse gardening, micro-irrigation for wise water use, and sharing the understanding that healthy soil makes for a healthy community.
Bob is now Development Coordinator of the Omega Dairy Energy Research Facility in Dalhart, Texas, overseeing the installation of bio-digesters and algae bio-fuel production systems.
